These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Billiary mobile application (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Billiary is provided for personal use to help track bills and due dates. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Local Data Storage

All bill-related data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store your personal or financial data on our own servers.

You are responsible for backing up your device and ensuring the security of your data.

3. Premium and future features

In the future, Billiary may introduce optional features such as cloud backup or synchronization across devices.

If such features are introduced, they may require storing certain data on secure third-party cloud services. Details will be clearly explained at that time, and updated Terms may be provided.

You will always be able to use the basic local version of Billiary without creating an account.

4. Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through the Google Play Store. Google may collect certain device-related or store-related information when you download, install, or update the App, in accordance with its own policies.

Billiary uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, services provided by Google LLC, to help understand basic app usage and improve stability and performance.

These services may collect anonymous usage information, device details, and crash diagnostics. The App does not send your bill names, amounts, notes, or other user-entered financial data to these services.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

If optional paid features are introduced in the future as one-time purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions, Pricing and billing terms will be displayed within the App or Play Store listing.

Payments and renewals are processed by Google Play. We do not handle or store any payment information.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, app design elements, and content provided within Billiary remain the intellectual property of the developer, Simple Daily Apps, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Disclaimers

Billiary is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Notifications or reminders will be delivered on time
• The App will meet your expectations or financial needs
• Analytics data is collected in aggregate and does not represent individual financial activity

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Any loss of data stored on your device
• Financial losses, missed payments, or late fees
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You use the App at your own risk.

9. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your device is secure (password, biometrics, OS updates)
• Entering accurate information into the App
• Backing up your device or exported data (if provided)

10. Changes to the App

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. This may include adding or removing features.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date will be changed.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms
• We discontinue the App entirely
